How we count credits
1 Credit = 1 Successful Step
A "step" is a single action (e.g., clicking a button, asserting a text, making an API call) within your test. We only charge for attempts. Credits are deducted when a step is executed.
Pay only for success
Failed steps or assertions do not consume credits. You only pay for what works.
System Error Protection
If a test fails due to our internal system error (infrastructure crash), those credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
How many steps are in my test?
A standard E2E test (Login → Dashboard → Checkout) usually takes ~20 steps. The Starter Pack (1,000 credits) would cover approximately 50 full runs of such a test.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do my credits expire?
No. Your purchased credits stay in your account until you use them. You can buy a large pack today and use it over 3 months or 3 days.
What happens if I run out of credits during a test?
We will finish the current test run (up to a small overdraft limit) to ensure your pipeline doesn't break, and then alert you to top up.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the stability or results in the first 30 days, simply email us. We will refund your remaining balance, no questions asked.
